How soon will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after cleared payment. NOTE: Please respond quickly to any emails from sales@greatlakesgallery.com requesting more information or verification of your order. If you don't respond to these emails quickly your order will be delayed!
How will I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email from Great Lakes Gallery notifying you of the shipping date of your order. It will also include the "USPS Delivery Confirmation" information. Please make sure that emails from sales@greatlakesgllery.com don't go to your SPAM or BULK folder!
How can I save on shipping and handling fees?
SHIPPING & HANDLING: We charge a flat shipping and handling rate of on all orders no matter how small or large they are. We use USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for all shipments. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after cleared payment has been received. (Watch your email incase we need verification or your order will be delayed.) SAVE ON SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES: We charge a flat shipping and handling fee on all items paid for at the same time from the Great Lakes Gallery store. So you save on shipping and handling when purchasing multiple items at the same time.
Will I be charged a state sales tax?
Prices do not include sales tax. Orders shipped to the state of Michigan will be charged 6% sales tax. The sales tax if applicable will be added to your order during checkout.
